About El Dorado Hills Neighbors
Local marketing built on relationships, strategy, and community.
I am Clinton Goodrich, the Agency Owner and Publisher behind El Dorado Hills Neighbors. My job is simple. I help the homeowners already driving past your business get seen, know your name, and choose you first. Not a faceless agency. A real local owner who puts his name behind your plan.
No pitch. No pressure. Owner to owner.
A neighbor. A marketer. A partner in your success.
I publish El Dorado Hills Neighbors and lead the local team that stands behind it. I built this platform so established local businesses can be seen, found, and chosen by the affluent homeowners already in this market. It is publisher-led and locally rooted, run by a real local owner rather than a distant agency.
I have watched great local businesses stay invisible while the wrong marketers took their money and blamed the owner when nothing moved. That never sat right with me. The work was good. The people were good. The marketing was scattered. So I put one coordinated system in its place. Print that earns trust inside the home. Digital that keeps you visible after the page is set down. A website and an online presence that make you easy to find and easy to choose.
Here is what I will not do. I will not blame your work. I will not sell you hype. I will not put stock photos of strangers where your real proof belongs. Your best customers already live here. My job is to build your name in front of them, so you are already familiar when the buying moment arrives.

We answer to you, not to a corporate playbook. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Community First
This is a local trust economy, and we treat it that way. We show up, support local, and build your name inside the households that actually decide, the neighbors who trust, keep, and refer.
Clear Strategy
Great marketing starts with a plan. We focus on what matters and what works, then build one coordinated system across print, digital, website, and presence, all pulling in the same direction.
Honest Proof
Real numbers only. Real reviews only. Real creative that tells your story and connects. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it. Proof beats promises, every time.
Real Accountability
You work with the owner, not a rep reading a script. Transparent, responsive, and committed to results that compound. One accountable person reads your market with you and stands behind the plan.
Telling the stories that connect us.
Is El Dorado Hills Neighbors just a magazine? No. El Dorado Hills Neighbors is a publisher-led local growth platform, and the private community magazine is the trust anchor inside the home, reaching 5,400+ affluent households monthly. It is a celebration of the people, places, and businesses that make our community exceptional.
For years this magazine has landed on the right doorsteps in El Dorado Hills. It gets read, kept on the counter, and passed between neighbors. That is not exposure. That is trust, and it is rare. Print creates familiarity inside the home. Digital creates frequency and reach. Websites and online presence turn that attention into action. Around the anchor we build the rest of the system.
